Your private and modern fully self contained cottage is located adjacent to the main homestead with a garden and spectacular views from every window. With a double and twin room the lodge can accommodate up to five people.
The down stairs living room has an outlook toward the Remarkables Mountains and the upstairs living room toward Coronet Peak, both mountains providing fantastic skiing in the winter season.
Your kitchen outlook is facing Gibbston Valley, the home of the famous AJ Hacket Kawarau bungy jump (3 km away) plus many award wining wineries and vineyards.
Your full kitchen provides you with a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, laundry facilities plus ample storage space.
A short five minute drive to Arrowtown will reward you with great local restaurants should you decide you require a vacation from cooking too.
Your summer Queenstown farmstay will probably be spent in the sun around the outdoor dining table, discussing your day's achievements and savoring the smells of prime New Zealand beef fillet and lamb racks coming from your barbeque. A bottle of an award winning vintage from Gibbston valley winery is recommended, and easily acquired by driving just four kilometers down the road.
Those opting for a winter Queenstown farmstay will appreciate the secure ski locker, under floor heating, instant gas fire place and feather duvets. You can check the weather on either of Queenstown's two ski areas by just looking out your window!!
