CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the exclusive nature of Redlands Country Lodge, late cancellations have a significant effect. Our cancellation policy is as follows and is based on New Zealand time.

Cancellations 31 days prior to intended visit	- No charge applies
Cancellations 30 - 8 days prior to intended visit	- 25% of total cost of intended stay
Cancellation 7 days prior to intended visit	-100% of total cost of intended stay

Due to unforeseen circumstances that may arise, travel insurance that protects against unexpected changes to your agenda is recommended.
